Collin County Adventure Camp offers an "Outdoor School" experience for the children of Collin County. The camp represents the continuation of a Plano ISD tradition for fifth grade students in Plano schools.

This 427-acre camp is located in Westminster, Texas, approximately one hour from Plano. The camp has both prairie and forest environments. There are views of the rolling North Texas hills in all directions.

The camp is managed by Metropolitan Dallas YMCA. Plano ISD is fortunate to be able to offer this experience to our fifth grade students and believe that this is an excellent learning opportunity.

We are always in need of parent counselors at camp. If you would like more information about this, click here to view the Parent Orientation video.
